Ingredients
• 6 oz grated red cheese (175 gr)
• ½ pint hot milk (300 ml)

1 fine chopped
onion
•
salt & pepper
•
1 level tsp mustard powder
•
2 beaten eggs
• 3 oz bacon (optional) (75 gr)
•
shortcrust pastry
• 7-8" (16-20 cm) Baking tin or flan dish, buttered
•
dried beans for blind baking
Preparation
Line the baking tin or flan dish with short-crust pastry. Use the dried beans to blind-bake the bottom for 30 minutes.
Remove the beans.
